Zucchini in my oats? You betcha! The neat thing about adding Zucchini to oats is that it doesn’t take away from the taste you are used to. The zucchini adds nutrients and fiber that help me stay full throughout the morning. It was a really easy addition to the recipe, no other modifications needed.
