Yo gurl, want some yo gurt? JK this isn’t yogurt. This is banana nice bream! Even BETTER in my opinion. I thought it couldn’t get any better than a 2 ingredient recipe, but then it did. A 1 ingredient recipe. Bananas! Just freeze em and blend em.
I topped with some chocolate chips and granola, but it’s awesome just by itself too! You can also throw in vanilla extract and/or cocoa powder to mix up the flavor. This is a very versatile dish!
My tip is to chop up the bananas into fourths and freeze them without the skin in ziplock baggies. If frozen with the skin on, it’s NOT fun to remove it. 1/2 cup of this wonderful frozen goodness is only about 100 calories! With no added sugars or fats. That about 1/2 to 1/3 the calories of “real” ice cream. That’s what I’m talkin’ about…
